Woman flown following crash in Ryan Twp.

EAST MAHANOY JCT. – A woman was flown to a trauma center after a crash early Tuesday in Ryan Township.
Fire officials said the crash happened around 3:45am on Tuscarora Mountain Drive south of State Road.
A 24-year-old woman struck a tree and was seriously injured, firefighters said.
She was flown via Lehigh Valley MedEvac to an area trauma center.
Responding were crews from Ryan Township Fire, Delano Township Fire, Ryan Township EMS, Lehigh Valley Health Network EMS, and the State Police.
State Police are investigating.
