Upper Schuylkill Band performs downtown
KAYLEE LINDENMUTH / SHENANDOAH SENTINEL - The Upper Schuylkill Marching Band performs in downtown Shenandoah.
SHENANDOAH – The Upper Schuylkill Marching Band, Shenandoah, held their annual concert downtown Wednesday.
The annual event at the Veterans Memorial Garden is sponsored by M&T Bank and the Northern Schuylkill Rotary.
The band has been in existence since the 1910’s, as the Liberty Band, Our Boys’ Band, AMVETS Band, and UNICO Band before becoming the Upper Schuylkill Band.
