Troopers seek alleged illegal dumper in Brownsville
BROWNSVILLE – State troopers are seeking the owner of a 1990’s Dodge pickup truck they say dumped trash in the Brownsville section of West Mahanoy Township.
Troopers from the Frackville barracks were called to West Centre Street in Brownsville around 2pm Sunday for a report of scattering rubbish.
There, troopers said someone driving a green 1994-2001 Dodge 1500 pickup with a utility trailer dumped a large amount of trash before fleeing west on West Lloyd Street.

The incident comes as the area continues to see illegal dumping on along various roadways, including Route 924 between Shenandoah and Brandonville.
