Troopers: Hazle Twp. man pushed wife out of car during argument

EAST UNION TOWNSHIP – A Luzerne County man is facing assault and harassment charges after state troopers say he pushed his wife out of their car during a domestic argument in a parking lot.
According to State Police at Frackville, the incident occurred around 6:45 this morning in a dirt parking lot on Phinneyville Road.
Alberto Cabrera, 52, of Hazle Township, and his wife, a 46-year-old woman from Hazle Township, engaged in a domestic argument at that location.
During the course of the argument, troopers said, Cabrera pushed his wife out of the passenger seat of the family car.
He will be cited for assault-harassment, troopers said.
