Tractor-trailer crash closes Interstate 81 South near Delano, McAdoo

DELANO – A tractor trailer crash closed Interstate 81 Tuesday night here.
The crash happened around 9:15pm on Interstate 81 Southbound just north of the Delano exit.
A tractor trailer struck a barrier and caused a diesel fuel spill.
Firefighters from McAdoo and Delano responded, along with Hometown Fire Police who closed the highway at the McAdoo exit.
As of 11:30pm, the highway remains closed.
No word on any injuries.
State Police are investigating.
