Southbound lane restrictions planned for I-81 bridge repairs this week
HAZLETON – If you’ll be on Interstate 81 in the Hazleton area this Wednesday and Thursday, expect delays southbound.
PennDOT says there will be lane restrictions on Interstate 81 Southbound between the West Hazleton exit and the Humboldt exit Wednesday and Thursday for bridge deck repairs.
The restrictions will be in place from 7am to 3pm.
The agency reminds drivers to drive the posted speed limit and, in work zones, turn on your headlights and pay close attention to signs and flaggers.
