Sheriff’s Office cruiser, motorcycle collide near Orwigsburg

WEST BRUNSWICK TWP. – A Schuylkill County Sheriff’s Office cruiser was involved in a crash near Orwigsburg Tuesday morning, State Police said.
The crash happened around 8:30am at Sculps Hill Road and Route 61 in West Brunswick Township.
State Police at Schuylkill Haven said a 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan was entering Route 61 and failed to yield to a 2011 Harley-Davidson motorcycle on the highway.
That motorcycle struck the sheriff’s office cruiser broadside.
Troopers did not release the names of either driver involved or their conditions after the crash.
