Shenandoah establishments cited for liquor law violations
SHENANDOAH – Two Shenandoah businesses have been cited for liquor law violations, the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement announced.
Moon 2 LLC, the liquor licensee for Unity Cafe at Centre and Bridge Streets, is accused of violating three portions of the liquor code.
They are accused of failing to notify the Liquor Control Board within fifteen days of a change of manager, failing to comply with an order from a prior citation requiring Responsible Alcohol Management certification, and for failing to have an an alcohol service person complete RAMP training within six months of being hired.
Omsai Com LLC, owners of the former RJ & Friends bar at Centre and Vine Streets, is accused of allowing music or other entertainment to be heard off the property on August 23, Oct. 5, and Oct. 6.
The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who can issue a fine, suspend or revoke a license, or mandate training.
