LLEWELLYN – A scout attained the rank of Eagle over the weekend.

Connor Czarick, a member of Boy Scout Troop 600, of Llewellyn, accepted the award Saturday before a crowd of fellow scouts, leaders, friends, and family.

The son of Lindsay Cohan, of Schuylkill Haven, Czarick built a food preparation station for the Jefferson Grange Lodge #1384 to be used at their stand at the Schuylkill County Fair.

He thanked those that helped him complete this project, including Jeff and Greg Hubler of Phoenix Park Home Building & Remodeling, and Brandon Witmer, of Llewelyn, who mentored him through this project.

Special guests in attendance included State Representative Tim Twardzik (R-123) and Lieutenant Michael Sadusky (Retired) of the Pennsylvania State Police.

Master of Ceremonies of the program was Seth Hubler, who also presented Czarick with a citation on behalf of State Senator Dave Argall (R-29).
