Route 54 railroad crossing reopens in Barnesville

BARNESVILLE – Travelers in Ryan Township no longer have to deal with a detour.
Work on the Reading and Northern Railroad crossing at Route 54 near the Barnesville Post Office wrapped up Tuesday and the highway reopened to traffic.
It had been closed since last Monday for much needed repair work.
Two detours were set up — one for cars via Delano and another for trucks via Route 309.
