PSP: W. Virginia man hit snowbank, truck, house

ONEIDA – A West Virginia man is suspected of driving under the influence after he struck a snow bank, a parked truck, and a house in this East Union Township village Saturday morning.

The crash happened around 8:00am Saturday, State Police at Frackville said.

Troopers said 26-year-old Korey Travis, of Wheeling, WV, was headed southbound on 1st Street in a 2018 Ram 1500 when he struck a snow bank.

He then struck a parked 2019 Ford F150, and the front of a home.

Travis suffered a minor injury, troopers said, and was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital for treatment. His vehicle was towed.

Troopers said he was suspected of DUI, though the investigation into the matter is continuing, and charges have not yet been filed.
