PSP: Port Carbon man showed juvenile McDonalds drive-thru worker photo of penis
NEW CASTLE TOWNSHIP – A McDonalds employee had quite an odd encounter with a drive-thru customer at the fast food restaurant near Frackville last week.
State Police at Frackville said Monday that the incident happened around 11pm on April 10.
Troopers said Brandon Haag, 28, of Port Carbon was ordering at the drive-thru at the McDonalds location near the former Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.
As he received his order from the 17-year-old girl working at the restaurant, he showed them a photo of a “random penis” on his cell phone.
Haag fled, but was located using the restaurant’s surveillance video system.
Charges were filed Monday in Magisterial District Judge David Plachko’s office for harassment and disorderly conduct.
