PSP: McAdoo woman called Schuylkill, Luzerne comm. centers 23 times in two weeks
McADOO – A McAdoo woman is facing charges after state troopers say she called the communications centers in Schuylkill and Luzerne Counties nearly two dozen times in two weeks.
Kelsey Kurtz, 32, of McAdoo, was charged with disorderly conduct and communications with 911 systems for the incident.
According to State Police at Frackville, the calls came between Sept. 3 and Sept. 16.
Emergency services responded to the calls and found that, in the vast majority of times, no emergency had occurred.
She had been previously warned by troopers to only call 911 in an emergency, troopers said.
