PSP: Man brings dog into convenience store, where it bites someone for 4th time

SHENANDOAH – A Shenandoah man is facing charges after state troopers say he brought a dog into a convenience store and it bit someone, again.

State Police at Frackville said they were called to the Friendly Food Mart on South Main Street around 11am Monday for a report of a dog law violation.

Troopers said Michael Medina, 36, of town, brought his dog into the store.

It bit a 44-year-old Allentown man, troopers said, and it was the fourth time the dog had bit someone in the past year.

According to online court records, Medina had been cited for dog law violations twice in July of last year and again in August of last year.
