PSP investigating Sheppton burglary
SHEPPTON – State Police at Frackville are investigating a burglary in this East Union Township village.
Troopers said they were called to 77 West Pine Street around 4:00pm yesterday for the burgarly.
Two suspects — a male and a female — arrived via an ATV, appearing extremely intoxicated.
The female suspect laid on the front porch and tried to open the door, unsuccessfully.
The male went to the side entrance and forced the double door open, pulling the left hing screws out, and pushing a plexiglass flap loose before unlocking the door.
Both entered the home, then almost immediately left via the front door.
The two swiped nothing, and caused no further damage, and fled via ATV east on Pine Street.
Anyone with information is asked to contact State Police at Frackville at 570-874-5300.
