PSP investigating hit-and-run crash in McAdoo
McADOO – State Police at Frackville are seeking a dark-colored 2008-2012 Jeep Cherokee they say struck a parked car off Cleveland Street here and took off.
Troopers said Thursday evening that the crash happened around 7:19am Sunday on South Cleveland Street near East Blaine Street.
The Jeep was headed north on Cleveland, left its lane of travel, and struck a parked 2012 Toyota Camry, which was parked legally in an off-street parking area.
That sedan was unoccupied at the time.
Video surveillance caught the incident and showed the 2008-2012 Jeep Cherokee fleeing the scene.
It is dark blue or dark green in color and possibly has passenger side front-end damage.
The Camry had damage to the rear passenger side fender, rear bumper, and taillight.
Roadway conditions were dry at the time.
