Police: Vehicle struck child, fled scene
SHENANDOAH – Borough police are seeking a vehicle they say struck a child and fled the scene on the west end.
The vehicle pictured above, Shenandoah Police said, struck a juvenile in the 400 block of West Centre Street Sunday evening.
