Police: Skimming Device found at Altamont Gas Station

ALTAMONT – The West Mahanoy Township Police Department is currently investigating a report of a skimming device found at an Altamont Gas Station.

The skimming device was allegedly found at the Exxon station at 541 Altamont Boulevard.

Police are asking that anyone who purchased gas at the station on June 18 or 19 and paid at the pump check their credit/debit card statements for any fraudulent purchases, and if any fradulent purchases are discovered, customers are asked to contact West Mahanoy Township Police at 570-462-2360
