PHOTOS: Shenandoah streets get fresh surface

SHENANDOAH – A contractor is working this week to resurface several streets in town.
Crews were out milling nearly a dozen streets beginning Monday and paving operations began Tuesday.
The Sentinel found crews working on the west end Monday afternoon.
Borough Council tapped Mike Young Paving of Milton for the job.
