PHOTOS: Roof repairs ongoing for St. Casimir steeple

SHENANDOAH – The 200 block of North Jardin Street was closed much of the day Thursday as a 160-foot lift allowed roofers to work on roof repairs for the steeple at St. Casimir’s Church.

The Teupen lift, nicknamed the “Big Fella” on their website, was set up at Jardin and Penn Streets as two workers replaced shingles atop the steeple on the south side of the structure.
