PHOTOS: Hazleton Band performs at Bloomsburg Fair

BLOOMSBURG – Some local scholastic musicians had the opportunity to perform at one of the largest events in eastern Pennsylvania this week.

The Hazleton Area Marching Cougars took to the Abby Thomas Free Stage at the Bloomsburg Fair Wednesday morning.

There, the band performed a variety of tunes, including their fight song, stand tunes, and show music.

Afterward, the band paraded through the fairgrounds before enjoying a free day at the fair.

They aren’t the only local band to perform at the fair this year.

The Shenandoah Valley Blue Devil Band will be at the fair at 10am Thursday.
