PINE GROVE – The North Schuylkill Spartans fell to Schuylkill Haven in the Schuylkill League baseball playoffs Tuesday.
The Spartan squad entered the game 13-7, facing a 17-3 Hurricane squad.

Haven quickly ran away with the game, taking an 8-0 lead in the second inning.
North Schuylkill had little to muster for a response, scoring four runs.

In the end, Haven emerged victorious by a score of 11-4.
The Hurricanes are facing Blue Mountain this evening for the Schuylkill League title.
