One treated after Heights Hill crash

SHENANDOAH – A man was treated by Frackville EMS after a crash just outside Shenandoah Sunday afternoon.
The crash happened around 2:30pm on Route 924 between Shenandoah and Shenandoah Heights, commonly known as the Heights Hill.
A Nissan SUV heading towards Shenandoah left the roadway and hit an embankment.
The driver was placed in a Frackville ambulance. Good Samaritans at the scene told the Sentinel he was alert.
Volunteers from the Heights Fire Co. assisted with traffic control.
State troopers are investigating.
