No injuries reported in Route 924 crash

WEST MAHANOY TOWNSHIP – No injuries were reported when a truck became stuck on a roadside embankment Thursday afternoon near Shenandoah Heights.
The accident occurred around 10:00pm Thursday on PA Route 924 in the area of the entrance to the wind farm.
A driver of a Chevy pickup truck attempted to perform a U-turn on the side of the road, misjudged the terrain, and struck the embankment, becoming stuck in mud.
The driver was uninjured and no other vehicles were involved.
Shenandoah Heights firefighters responded to the scene along with township police.
