Minor injuries reported in Gold Star crash
KAYLEE LINDENMUTH / SHENANDOAH SENTINEL - The scene of Thursday's crash near the Gold Star Plaza.
TURKEY RUN – Minor injuries were reported in a two car crash at the entrance to the Gold Star Plaza Thursday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to the intersection of Gold Star Highway and Gold Star Plaza in the Turkey Run section of town around 2pm.
A GMC SUV and a Chevrolet sedan collided in the intersection.
The SUV was disabled in the intersection and towed by Steve’s Towing. The sedan was able to be driven into the Redner’s Quick Shoppe parking lot.
Minor injuries were reported.
Firefighters from Shenandoah’s Rescue Hook and Ladder and Defender fire companies responded along with Shenandoah EMS, Shenandoah Police, and Frackville Police.
