Man wanted for attempted murder in N.J. arrested in Shenandoah

SHENANDOAH – A call for a domestic dispute led to the arrest of a man wanted for attempted murder in New Jersey Thursday night.
Shenandoah Borough and West Mahanoy Township police responded to a home at 228 South Jardin Street in the borough around 5:30pm Thursday.
There, they found a man at the scene, Frannicia Venture-Dion, was wanted for attempted murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a weapon in Cumberland County, New Jersey.
He was taken into custody and arraigned by an on-call magisterial district judge and committed to Schuylkill County Prison on $500,000 straight cash bail.
