Man accused of firing shotgun blast through wall into neighbor’s home, killing man
BEAVER MEADOWS – A man is dead, struck by a gunshot fired by his next-door neighbor through the wall, State Police said Friday. The neighbor is now behind bars.
Dylan Eroh, 25, is in Carbon County Prison on homicide, assault, reckless endangerment, and firearm charges.
State Police at Hazleton said the incident happened Thursday on Berwick Street in Banks Township, between Beaver Meadows and Hazleton.
Eroh is accused of firing a shotgun blast through the wall of his row home, striking his 69-year-old neighbor who died of his injuries.
Eroh was arraigned and bail was denied.
