Mahanoy Plane man threatened pair with gun on Gold Star
TURKEY RUN – A Mahanoy Plane man was arrested Monday after state police say he threatened a pair with a gun.
Troopers from the Frackville Barracks said 60-year-old Robert Botham, of Mahanoy Plane, threatened a 52-year-old man from Tamaqua and a 47-year-old man from Plymouth on the Gold Star Highway around 11:00am.
Botham was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Reckless Endangerment, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Harassment.
He was committed to Schuylkill County, unable to post $50,000 bail.
