Mahanoy Elks hold annual Veterans Day program, present check to American Legion

MAHANOY CITY – The Mahanoy City Elks Lodge held their annual Veterans Day Program on Nov. 11 at the lodge with 65+ veterans and guests attending.
Lodge members prepared the meal/program for the attendees.
The lodge also presented the Local American Legion Post 74 an $800 check from an ENF (Elks National Foundation) Gratitude Grant towards costs for their annual Thanksgiving Dinner they prepare for Veterans and their families.
