MAHANOY TOWNSHIP – A Kingston man is facing charges for riding a quad on a roadway in Mahanoy Township without an ignition interlock.
According to State Police at Frackville, Jeffery Warke, 39, of Kingston was found operating an ATV on Brandonville Road, Route 339, in the township this past Saturday.
