Lost Creek man accused of DUI in Shamokin
SHAMOKIN, Northumberland County – A local man is accused of driving under the influence in this city a few weeks ago.
State Police at Stonington released information on the incident today.
Troopers stopped a Ford Focus, driven by 20-year-old William Coyle, of Lost Creek, in the area of East Independence Street and 9th Street, around 10:00pm on Sept. 4.
Coyle was suspected of driving under the influence of marijuana.
Charges are pending, awaiting the results of a blood test, they said.
