Pair of late scores give Shen. Valley edge over Nativity, 16-0

SHENANDOAH – A pair of late scores broke a scoreless dogfight to give Shenandoah Valley’s junior high squad a victory over Nativity BVM Monday afternoon.
The game was a scoreless defensive battle for the first three quarters, and much of the fourth.
The first score came with about 3:30 remaining in the fourth, when a Shenandoah running back found the endzone. A successful two-point conversion gave the Devils an 8-0 advantage over the Green Wave.
Another run with about ten seconds left in the game, coupled with another two-point conversion set up the final 16-0 score.
