FOUNTAIN SPRINGS – The undefeated Spartans roll on, this time to the District XI Final.
The North Schuylkill squad made light work of the Tamaqua Blue Raiders in a Saturday night playoff bout at Spartan Stadium in Fountain Springs.

The Spartans scored early and often, opening up a 14-0 lead within the first three minutes of play, thanks to a pair of runs by Jake Hall and Josh Chowansky.
By halftime, North Schuylkill held a 35-7 advantage.

The scoring didn’t stop there, though. North Schuylkill continued a ground-pound attack through the second half, finding paydirt via Hall and Chowansky a few more times before ending the game with a 56-21 advantage.
The undefeated Spartans move on to face an also-undefeated Notre Dame Green Pond squad next week in the season finale, the District XI title game at a site and time to be announced.
