HS BASKETBALL: Bears stay undefeated with road win over rival Devils

SHENANDOAH – The Mahanoy Area Golden Bears stayed undefeated Monday night as they faced rival Shenandoah Valley for the only time this season.

The Bears came into Shenandoah 9-0 against a 3-6 Blue Devil squad.

Mahanoy took control of the game early, holding a 21-10 lead after the first quarter.

The Bears would eventually take the win 62-34.
