SHENANDOAH – The Blue Devils notched a big win in their home opener Tuesday afternoon at Marty Deluca Memorial Field.
Shenandoah Valley hosted the Wreckers of Weatherly to open Schuylkill League play.
The Devils took an early 3-0 lead after the first inning, adding another three runs in the third inning.
Shenandoah Valley put the game to rest with seven runs in the fourth inning to take the 13-0 victory off 12 hits.

Dylan Getz had three runs batted in off one hit. Gabriel Saba batted in another two runs off a single hit while Gene Sinkus scored one run off two hits and Freddy Gradwell, Ethan Bench, and Cade Preneta each added an RBI apiece.
Haden Kechula and Chase McCole each had hits for the Devils as well.
Kechula had the win on the mound with eight strikeouts.
The Devils are back home at Marty Deluca Field on Thursday hosting Williams Valley.
