Historical society marks first meeting of ’20
SHENANDOAH – The Greater Shenandoah Area Historical Society, Main and Cherry Streets, held their first meeting of the year last night.
The meeting featured a presentation by local historian Jim Eisenhart, regarding railroads and their apparatus as well as the coal industry of our county.
The historical society holds meetings monthly on the first Tuesday of the month featuring guest speakers.
The public is invited to attend, and admission is free.
