Girardville St. Patrick’s Day Parade date, theme announced

GIRARDVILLE – The Girardville Saint Patrick’s Day is scheduled to return in 2025.
The annual parade, a mainstay in northern Schuylkill County, is planned for March 22, 2025, the committee announced Tuesday night. A raindate has been set for March 29.
This year’s parade theme is Honoring Our Nurses.
Entries for the parade are now being accepted though some parade details are yet to be finalized.
The parade, a landmark event in the community, has been delayed or cancelled numerous times in the past few years, including the 2024 edition.
