Girardville Kicks Off Christmas Season With Santa Parade

GIRARDVILLE – It may be Thanksgiving, but Girardville kicked off the Christmas season tonight with their Santa parade.

Santa paraded through the streets of the borough in the back of a pickup truck, accompanied by the Girardville Fire Department, Girardville EMS, and led by the Girardville Police.

Following the parade, children had the opportunity to meet Santa at the Girard Hose Company.
