Flames rip through southside home
SHENANDOAH – Flames damaged a southside Shenandoah home Saturday morning.
The blaze broke out around 8am at a home at 431 West Atlantic Street.
Firefighters arrived to find flames blowing from the second floor window and a second alarm was struck.
All residents of the home made it out safely. It was not clear as of 9:15am whether all pets made it out safely.
Crews remain at the scene as of 9:15am.
Responding were crews from Shenandoah, Mahanoy City, Frackville, Ringtown, Girardville, Pottsville, among others.
