Divine Mercy block party begins in Shenandoah

SHENANDOAH – Bleenies, homemade pierogies, funnel cake, and more drew roughly a hundred to the annual Divine Mercy Parish block party on Shenandoah’s south side today.
The three day event began today at 3:00pm on South West Street next to the former St. Stanislaus parish and school.
The event features bingo and other chance games, plus a variety of foods and live music.
Tomorrow’s hours are from 4pm to 11pm, and Sunday’s are 3pm to 9pm.
