Burn barrel sparks brush fire in Black Creek Twp.

ROCK GLEN – No injuries were reported when a burn barrel sparked a brush fire in Black Creek Township.
Nuremberg-Weston firefighters responded to Pine Street in the Rock Glen section for a reported brush fire.
Firefighters at the scene said someone had been burning with a burn barrel and that sparked a brush fire that spread into the woodlands.

The fire was contained before it could spread up the mountain.
No injuries were reported and no structures were damaged.
Nuremberg-Weston Fire reminds residents to refrain from burning until weather conditions improve.
