FRACKVILLE – Frackville Ambulance recently received a sizable donation from a local business in honor of First Responders Month.
Broad Mountain Health and Rehab Center, Frackville, held a chicken barbecue event on Sept. 24 to raise money for the ambulance association, and announced the raised total was $1,200.
“We are proud to be part of this community and to give something back to those who give so much to all of us,” the center said in a media release.
The donation will help cover various expenses for the ambulance association.
Frackville Ambulance covers the borough of Frackville and surrounding areas.
