Borough woman’s vehicle struck by trailer in hit-and-run
BLYTHE TWP. – State Police at Frackville are investigating a hit-and-run in which a towed trailer struck a Shenandoah woman’s car on Route 61.
Troopers said the incident happened at midday Thursday, around 1:30pm, on Skyline Drive, Route 61 North, near the State Game Lands entrance.
Both vehicles were headed northbound, troopers said — an unknown vehicle towing a trailer in the right lane and a 2015 Jeep Renegade, driven by 43-year-old Vicky McMinn, Shenandoah, in the left lane.
The passing vehicle’s trailer struck McMinn’s passenger side and fled the scene.
