BOCCE: North Schuylkill sweeps meet with Mahanoy Area

FOUNTAIN SPRINGS – Two local Indoor Unified Bocce squads faced off Monday.
North Schuylkill hosted Mahanoy Area at Cesari-Hope Gymnasium in Fountain Springs.
The Spartans field two squads in the Schuylkill North division of the Greater Lehigh Valley/Pocono region of Special Olympics Pennsylvania — the Red and Blue teams.
North Schuylkill Red played first against Mahanoy’s squad, winning 5-3.
The Blue squad defeated Mahanoy 6-4.
