BLOOMSBURG – A Bloomsburg woman is in Columbia County Prison accused of setting fire to a condemned garage earlier this month.
Samantha Ashton, 38, of Bloomsburg, was arraigned Thursday on felony arson, criminal trespassing, risking a catastrophe, and criminal mischief charges.
