Aqua reminds customers of contact lines, ways to check service status

SHENANDOAH – Shenandoah’s water company is sharing information for how customers can track their service and get ahold of them as the region’s deep freeze continues.

Aqua Pennsylvania, which experienced service disruptions recently, prompting assistance from the State Police Aviation Unit, says customers can check the disruption map at AquaWater.com for real-time information and updates.

You can also get WaterSmart Alerts, including texts, emails, and phone updates about service status and advisories.

Customers can also call Aqua Customer Service 24/7 at 877-987-2782.
