CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Tires slashed on west end

SHENANDOAH – An incident in which a pair of car tires were slashed was caught on camera and is under investigation.
Around midday Tuesday, an unknown person slashed the right-side tires of a Toyota sedan on North Gilbert Street.
The person came from the 400 block of West Mount Vernon Street, peaking around the corner before approaching the vehicle.
Once both tires were cut, the person ran back into the alleyway.
The person later returned and lobbed a rock at the car, then running east on West Mount Vernon.
Anyone with information is asked to contact borough police.
