Electrical issue prompts fire response to Glover’s Hill section
SHENANDOAH – Borough firefighters were called to a home in the Glover’s Hill section of town tonight for a reported electrical fire.
Crews were called to 1044 West Coal Street around 10:30pm for the report.
Firefighters from Shenandoah’s Rescue Hook and Ladder and Columbia fire companies were on scene in short order, with other responding units held in station.
The report was determined to be from an electrical issue, fire officials said, and no major fire incident was present.
No injuries were reported and crews were clear of the scene within about 20 minutes.
Also responding was Shenandoah Police and Shenandoah Ambulance.
