Car hits Turkey Hill in Shenandoah

SHENANDOAH – No injuries were reported when a car struck the Turkey Hill convenience store building on South Main Street Sunday evening.

The crash happened around 8:00pm, when Shenandoah Police said the driver of a Subaru slipped off the clutch parking his car at Turkey Hill.

At that point, the car jumped the curb and struck the building in the area of the ATM.

No injuries were reported, and the damaged portion of the building was coned off.

Firefighters from Shenandoah’s Rescue Hook and Ladder and Columbia Hose fire companies responded to the scene.

The Subaru was removed by Steve’s Towing.
