County moving to green phase next Friday
POTTSVILLE – Schuylkill County is finally moving to the green phase of Governor Tom Wolf’s plan to reopen Pennsylvania.
The announcement was made today by Wolf’s office.
Schuylkill was preceded by neighboring Carbon, Columbia, and Northumberland Counties in moving phases. Luzerne County will also move to green alongside Schuylkill.
The Green phase means gatherings of up to 250 people are permitted, and restaurants and bars can open at 50% capacity, among other items. Masks would still be required, according to the governor’s website.
